Air France pilots go on strike
Dear Valued Clients
Air France flights will be severely disrupted as pilots from the Syndicat National des Pilotes de Ligne (SNPL) pilots’union begin a week-long strike from September 15 to 22. Air France has advised customers to check that their flights are operating normally. Flight schedules will be updated 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Customers with a flight reservation during the week of the strike are recommended to postpone their trip or change their ticket. Customers can postpone their trip until between September 23 and 30 at no extra cost, subject to availability. A full refund will be given to customers cancelling their flights. Customers can also choose to receive a voucher valid for one year on AF or KLM to postpone their trip beyond September 30, to change their destination or departure airport or if they choose not to travel.
To stay informed, customers should visit the airline’s website at http://www.etnw.co.za/www.airfrance.fr.
