UK: Storm Doris to bring travel delays

A storm will bring damaging winds and travel delays to parts of the United Kingdom today, February 23, AccuWeather advises.

Storm Doris arrived late last night, bringing strong winds at speeds over 80km/h across southern England. This will make for disruptive travel on motorways and in the air.

Wind gusts of up to 113km/h will be possible in the Midlands this morning.

Major cities in Scotland will also be affected.
