United States of America: Severe weather to disrupt flights

Rain and thunderstorms will return to areas of the central and southern Plains around the middle of the week, causing travel headaches, AccuWeather reports.

The threat for delays on the road and in the air will mount from Wednesday to Thursday from Kansas to Missouri and southward to Texas and Oklahoma.

Oklahoma City; Wichita Falls and Dallas, Texas; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Shreveport, Louisiana are at greatest risk for severe weather during the second half of the week.
