AUSTRALIAN DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE

"High degree of caution" - Terrorism - The National Liberation Army (ELN) guerrilla group has announced intentions to enforce armed strikes against transport and commercial interests from 3 to 6 July in several departments. Australians are reminded to avoid all demonstrations and confrontations and follow instructions of local authorities.
