Advise your pax – cancelled Eurostar services

Eurostar has cancelled a number of services between Paris and London for tomorrow (June 8 and 9), due to SNCF strike action in France.

Eurostar recommends that travellers check timetables on its website to see if their trips are affected. If the trip is not listed as cancelled, it will still depart. However, travellers should check as close to the time of travel as possible, in case of last minute changes.

Eurostar also suggests that passengers download their tickets as early as possible. This is because when retrieving an online ticket, customers are asked for contact details, which can then be used to inform them of anything affecting their journey, including strike developments, either by SMS or email.

Traveller’s on cancelled services can exchange their ticket at no additional cost, or claim a full refund, regardless of ticket conditions, subject to availability on the Eurostar website

Eurostar currently lists the following services as cancelled:

Thursday, June 7

  • London to Paris, Train 9006, departing St Pancras Station at 07h31
  • Paris to London, Train 9007, departing Paris Gare du Nord at 07h13
